The people of the TCI, and especially our Meridian Club staff are very friendly, always making us feel we are at home. Pine Cay is an irreplaceable treasure. Totally safe for children. Lots of activities for those who want them, or total relaxation.
SOLD!!! ---- Low maintenance wooden home with cypress exterior. All bedrooms and the combined living/dining/kitchen have water views. Best quality materials were used in construction. Concrete pillars support the house for a strong foundation. Separate pantry and storage rooms on main level. Additional large storage room under the house. All rooms have insulated walls which creates privacy. Roof regularly treated with plastomar to protect it. Home has been maintained meticulously at all times. Appliances are all in excellent working order. A large deck on top level of the house is great for viewing sunsets and star gazing.What is most unique about this home is that it provides the best access to water sports of any home on the island. The members' dock is a short walk or golf buggy ride from the house. Kayaking is best early in the day, when you will see turtles and fish. The water is 20 feet from where the kayaks are stored under the house. Swimming in front of the house is available any time of the day. We kept a 14 foot Hobie catamaran under the house and there is mooring for it in front of the house. Sailing in the cut is safe and protected, and a sail around neighboring Fort George is one of our favorite outings. An inflatable 6 person dinghy is included, and can be used to visit Fort George for shelling or to go to the back side of the island to snorkle for conchs.
