Poolside dining
Soak up aquamarine views while you dine beside our shimmering pool, the heart of the resort. Pause poolside for a leisurely breakfast, brunch or lunch, and repeat the indulgence all over again come dinner time.
- Let our cooling trade winds kiss your skin as you savour meals soundtracked by the soothing susurration of the sea. By night, flickering candles and twinkling stars light the scene, casting glimmers on the pool.
Tiki time
Our beachfront Tiki Beach Bar provides a Robinson Crusoe-worthy backdrop for relaxed meals, drinks and snacks. As it’s on the western side of the island, it’s also an unbeatable setting for rose-gold sunsets – and the best spot from which to gasp at our famous green flash. The wow-factor increases as the skies darken and the Tiki is lit with flickering, flaming torches, dug deep into the sand.
Mobile feasts
Our obliging chefs can also create artisan picnic hampers for you to enjoy whenever and wherever the fancy takes you. Prefer to dine in the comfort of your room or suite? Just let our team know and we’ll arrange Evening Island Room Dining on request served with a surcharge, (must be confirmed in advance).
Starlit private dining
When it comes to mealtimes, we have a wealth of cinematic settings to pick from: our Tiki Beach Bar, ocean-gazing pool and thatched tikis, for starters. We also have a lovely dining room, but with starlit skies and sandy carpets there for the taking, we don’t expect you’ll use it. This is barefoot luxury, after all.
Pine Cay cuisine
It’s our pride and pleasure to introduce you to our Chefs. Our Executive Chef, Philipe Aubron, comes armed with years of experience in luxury hotel kitchens. His vibrant, colourful cuisine captures the joy and spontaneity of island life. Our global menus reflect Philipe’s multi-stamped passport. Daily-changing dishes showcase just-caught fish and seafood, alongside the finest cuts of meat and the freshest produce, some of which is plucked from our little kitchen garden: a true labor of love.
