Pine Cay’s natural charms are timeless. The nostalgic joy of shelling and beachcombing, for example: discovering the day’s treasure washed up by the waves. Stroll along our exquisite two-mile beach as if you were its only visitors – a notion enhanced by the utter absence of other explorers – admiring the beautiful, bleached-white ‘shells’ of sand dollars (a distant relative of sea lilies, sea cucumbers, and starfish) along the way. Borrow an island map and set off on a walking or trail-running adventure. Seek out secret coves, freshwater lakes and sandy island highways. As the day languidly draws to a close, admire the melting gold sun as it sets from the west side of the island, then turn your eyes to the inky skies and unleash your inner star-gazer.
Additionally, for the ultimate in alfresco romance, we can organise private island picnics on both Pine Cay and our neighbouring islands.
