This charming, wood-and-stone cottage is situated at the most tucked-away end of the island, offering ocean views and spectacular sunsets. Eugenia’s spans three buildings, ideally situated on Pine Cay's white-sand, three-mile beach. The cottage is a short stroll away from some interesting hiking trails on Water Cay, which is rich in wildlife.

The main cottage has a raised sitting area and a kitchen with a large, ocean-facing deck. A second building contains two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other with twin beds. In the third building, there's a master bedroom with a king-size bed, and a children’s room with twin beds that can be converted into a king-size bed on request. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.
